FEeLS site will generate the messages and send to your email in the FEeLS profile in several occasions. The following two instances are examples for that.
1) Getting the login credentials when account is created.
2) When trying to reset the password
The email sometimes will not reach your inbox because the mail client may identified it as a spam. The sender of the email is
"Admin User (via FEeLS) <noreply@feels.pdn.ac.lk>". If the email is in the Spam folder specify this is a trusted site and not a spam.
Please be careful about other spam emails and be alert. Don't share the passwords or provide your personal information.
Remember the link which will send via these emails have a time limit and it will get expired on completion of the specified period.
